Austin Outdoor, the 2008 recipient of the prestigious PLANET Grand Awards and FNGLA’s Awards of Excellence, is seeking a Division Manager-Landscape Management for their Palm Coast location. Austin Outdoor is a Florida-based full-service landscape company. We empower our people to deliver their very best for our clients everyday. We are a fast, flexible and growing Company that is looking for a highly motivated Division Manager who will be responsible for all landscape management operations in Flagler and Volusia Counties. Founded in 1994, we serve five locations throughout Florida and one in the Bahamas. Our Company offers a range of services, including Landscape Architecture, Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance. We serve a diverse client base and properties including exclusive resorts, “Class A” commercial sites and home owners’ associations. Qualifications of the Division Manager-Landscape Management include: •Proven ability to maintain and build long-lasting client relationships •Seven or more years with a proven-track record in landscape operations management with a primary focus on landscape management •A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a horticultural or related degree is preferred •Highly effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written •Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills •Strong business acumen, including a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis •Proficiency with computer software programs In general, job responsibilities include: •Responsible for the full scope of landscape management activities for a division that primarily serves resort-level properties and large planned communities •Direct and manage the daily efforts of six field managers and one technical operations manager •Maintain client relationships through pro-active communication as well as attend property inspections, board meetings, and various events •Analyze and review various financial reports including labor and material budgets, divisional and job-level income statements and monthly billings •Assure proper safety standards are maintained and followed among all personnel and that equipment is properly maintained and utilized If you possess the unique attributes and abilities for this position, please submit your resume materials to employment@austinoutdoor.net or www.austinoutdoor.net. | |
