| Description: | ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance, a nationwide leader in landscape service, currently has a full time position available as an Account Manager in the Bay Area. Account Managers will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts as follows: Managing 3-5 maintenance crews, managing job quality equipment, and equipment Developing and working with employees to build and support a team environment Managing production for our high quality service including understanding basic horticultural concepts and working efficiently and safely at all times Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits Requirements: Work hours are 6:00am to 3:00pm. Account Managers will spend 80%-90% of their time on job sites Experience managing clients and people. Green industry a plus Prefers Bachelors degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture Strong work ethic Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment Customer service experience – able to identify and resolve customer concerns Bilingual (Spanish) a plus We are drug free and an EOE by choice.
