Padilla Landscape, Inc is looking for an Account Manager for the Sacramento Area. Account Managers are responsible for the following: managing a portfolio of residential/ commercial maintenance accounts, managing multiple crews and the quality of the work performed, communication with clients and crews ensuring the customers expectations are met, overseeing projects start to finish, site visits on a regular basis, quarterly walk through with clients, and generating new maintenance accounts. Requirements Include: experience in managing others, in the landscape industry, with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and customer service. Bilingual & CA Drivers License is a Must, Account Mgr. should be able to prioritize schedule, multi-task, identify common plants, and evaluate properties.
