Our continued growth in our markets presents this OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY for a Landscape Management Branch Manager. This immediate hire position will include managing the day to day operations of a landscape management branch with revenues exceeding one million dollars. You will serve a client base of high-end multi-family communities, estates; class ‘A’ office buildings and shopping centers with landscape management and enhancement services.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in branch management operations and related landscape management, horticultural, and enhancement services with a focus on large scale commercial and multi-family communities. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to build our branch model and implement various strategies including business development, marketing, financial forecasting, job costing, estimating and bidding and strategic planning. In addition the successful candidate must foster a culture of leadership and accountability in customer service, quality control, safety compliance and on-going training and mentoring of crew members.
Successful candidates should be self motivated with excellent oral, inter-personal, communication and multi-tasking skills. A proven track record in either branch management or divisional management is required. This position requires a candidate who can lead its team members by example.
